While we had an early cold snap this year, we've also had some warm, sunny fall days to enjoyall that Cape Cod has to offer.
The Boston Globe and Boston.com recently featured a great editorial on Provincetown entitled "Provincetown Plays Up Its Quieter Side" with a notable remark being: "The real perks of P-town in the fall: gorgeous foliage, empty beaches, and no reservations needed for dinner."
Provincetown's off-season offers value to those who want to enjoy Cape Cod, the National Seashore, fine restaurants and some discounted shopping at local specialty shops, boutiques and galleries.
Soon a little snow will be falling and we'll be gearing up for the Holidays in Provincetown. The annual Land's End Inn Holiday Gala will be held on December 4th, 2009 from 5pm-9pm.

Our holiday celebration is the opening party for Provincetown's annual weekend-long Holly Folly celebration. Holly Folly offers a lot of great activities during the weekend including a performance by the Boston Gay Men's Chorus.

Our Elopement Package accommodates up to 15 guests, use of our solarium or lawn areas and ranges in price from $250-$400 depending upon the time of day selected. Some restrictions do apply and these ceremonies can be booked any time of the year depending upon availability.
Our larger wedding packages accommodate between 25-65 guests and can be booked during the spring or fall months depending upon availability.

Bring him/her along to enjoy the magnificent beaches, walking on Commercial Street, hiking to Clapps pond, swimming in the salt-marshes, or walking the breakwater to Long Point. Your dog will simply love Provincetown. In fact, some outside restaurants and many shops encourage you to bring your pet along. Especially the dog bakery and pet shop.
Need a more structured environment for Fido? Provincetown has a fabulous new dog park located on Shank Painter Road. It's called the Pilgrim Bark Park and it's open to the public for both dog and owner to enjoy. There's also K.C.'s Animal Resort just down the street for doggy/kitty daycare and boarding.
